MY APPROACH

From a complex problem to an experience people adopt

Five steps, whether it's a consumer app or business software. Scroll down and I'll walk you through it.

  1. Step 1 · Understand

    Tell me how it really works.

    I listen to people, observe their daily routine and map their journeys as they are, not as they should be. That's where the real friction hides.

  2. Step 2 · Structure

    Bringing order back.

    Needs, rules, exceptions: everything that was scattered becomes a clear architecture and journeys everyone understands at first glance.

  3. Step 3 · Design

    The product takes shape.

    Wireframes, interfaces, clickable prototype: we see and test the future product, on mobile and on the web, before a single line of code is written.

  4. Step 4 · Build

    It becomes real.

    Depending on the project, I work with development teams, rely on AI, or both. Either way, the delivered product matches what was designed, detail for detail.

  5. Step 5 · Improve

    Your users have the final say.

    Tests, field feedback, adjustments: the solution evolves with the people who use it, until it becomes the one they no longer want to leave.
